how do i qualify for free shipping?

                            Free shipping on domestic orders over $45 within the continental US (Excludes: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and                                    Virgin Islands). When checking out, choose the “Free shipping” option at checkout and your package will ship ground through either USPS or FedEx. Free shipping discount is not valid on previous purchases or with any other promotion or discount. Offer available online only at eveninglightus.com.

where is my package?

                           After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will                              receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Many orders ship in multiple packages. If you receive only part of  your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the remainder of your order to ship.

                            If you are an International customer, USPS does not provide tracking for packages once they leave the United States. We                                are unable to give you any further information beyond what the tracking shows. To track packages for the entirety of their journey, we recommend selecting FedEx International Priority for all International orders.

                            Evening light is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the                                  continental U.S

what should i do if my package says delivered, but i have not received it?

                            Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable                              to locate, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.
